Redtronic’s Evolve Lite lightbar is the newest generation, aerodynamic, modular lightbar - like never seen before. Available in a total of 10 varying lengths, each lens section of the lightbar is independently silicone sealed, making water and dust ingress a thing of the past.

Through extensive CFD (computational fluid dynamics) testing along with practical field based tests, Redtronic have developed one of the most aerodynamic lightbars to ever exist which results in improved fuel efficiency and vastly reduced wind noise for those inside the vehicle.

Available in single colour (amber LED) as well as featuring clear or coloured lens options. The cable exit location can easily be changed without compromising the seal or affecting the product warranty.

The Evolve Lite has been designed to be as lightweight as possible. The design of the electrical circuit keeps current draw to a minimum, making the lightbar extremely EV (Electric Vehicle) friendly (The 47 inch / 120cm fully populated model draws an unbelievable 2.5 amps at 12 volts!). The unique clear silicone optic helps support a lightbar that is UV stable, long lasting and provides an exceptional light output. There is an integrated photosensor, that means each lightbar has an autoDim feature which can be enabled/disabled via the synchronisation cable. The highly serviceable design of the lightbar means that in cases where damage occurs to any lens section, it can easily be replaced by simply unscrewing the 4 screws securing it to the aluminium extrusion without disrupting the rest of the lightbar. The logic of the lightbar design is that no matter what damage is incurred, the lightbar never has to be removed from the vehicle roof, as each lens section is independently sealed and connected via plug and play watertight connectors. In the rare occasion damage does occur and the elements breach the lens, it is impossible for water/dust to transfer between lens sections. It can turn VOR (Vehicle off road) repairs from days into minutes and allows workshops to easily replace parts being completely modular.

Each section includes air vents that allow effective air transfer in/out of the lens, eradicating the opportunity for condensation to accumulate. Waterproof/sealed connectors run through the base of the lightbar, allowing for a quick plug and play solution. There has never been a better opportunity for customers wishing to configure or assemble their own lightbar.
