REDTRONIC - LOW PROFILE TORNADO BEACON EM400/EM401

We have three of the pole mounted Tornado beacons. They are mounted on our BMW Motorcycles. They are overall a good product but they have some issues.

Advantages: Very bright from almost any angle. Great visibility and when used in our application they greatly increase the visibility of officers controlling an intersection from a motorcycle.

Disadvantages: 1. There's no drain hole in the pole. Ours filled with water contributing to #2.
2. They fogged up due to the water in the pole getting up into the light head.
3. The poles do not always stay up. We raise and lower ours a lot. If you're going to leave them in one position or use one of the other applications it probably won't be an issue.
